Our first module unpacks how the harsh grips of anxiety can be effectively contained using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

A different perspective, how to change your thinking.
There is such power in how we use our thoughts. They can usually dictate and direct our mood, and impact the choices that we make.
Through this module, we will actively seek out practical ways to help you change the way that you think. Encouraging you to take back control over your anxiety with a different perspective.

Creating a toolbox to manage anxiety
There are many tried and not so tested methods to manage anxiety. We have found that when given the correct tools and methods, it is possible to manage anxiety.
In this module, we will look at how mindfulness and relaxation can play a major key in the toolbox of ways to manage anxiety. Along with many other methods that are sustainable and practical that can be maintained long term.
